IMPORTANT: Print-on-Demand Policy

FirePot Fashions LLC products are custom-made, print-on-demand items created specifically for each order. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size issues, or buyer's remorse.

25-Day Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products. You have 25 days after receiving your item to report quality issues for evaluation.

Eligible for Return/Replacement:

✅ Misprinted items - Wrong design, colors, or placement
✅ Defective items - Manufacturing defects or quality issues
✅ Damaged items - Items damaged during shipping
✅ Wrong item shipped - You received a different product than ordered

NOT Eligible for Return:

❌ Change of mind or buyer's remorse
❌ Incorrect size selected by customer
❌ Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
❌ Sale items or clearance products
❌ Gift cards
❌ Items marked "Delivered" with no reported damage within 25 days
❌ Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

How to Request a Return/Replacement

  1. Contact us within 25 days of receiving your order at firepotfashions@gmail.com
  2. Include: Order number, photos of the defect/damage, and description of the issue
  3. Wait for approval
    • We will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days
  4. Follow instructions
    • If approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions or arrange a replacement

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Damages and Quality Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us at firepotfashions@gmail.com within 25 days of receipt if your item is:

  • Defective or misprinted
  • Damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item or size

Include clear photos showing the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it quickly.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • If tracking shows "Delivered" but you didn't receive your package, contact the carrier first
  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
  • We cannot issue refunds or replacements for stolen packages after carrier confirmation of delivery
  • Consider filing a claim with the shipping carrier or your local postal service

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • You'll be notified via email within 2-3 business days of our receipt and inspection
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval
  • Your bank or credit card company may take an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at firepotfashions@gmail.com.

Exchanges

Due to our print-on-demand model, we do not offer direct exchanges.

To get a different size or product:

  1. Request a return for the original item (if eligible)
  2. Once approved and refunded, place a new order for the correct item

This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items with minor defects that don't affect functionality
  • Items returned without all original packaging (if return was pre-approved)

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

EU Return Requirements:

  • Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging
  • You must provide receipt or proof of purchase
  • Contact firepotfashions@gmail.com to initiate the return
  • Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless the item is defective

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Cancellations

Before Production: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if production has not yet started (typically within 12-24 hours of order placement). Contact us immediately at firepotfashions@gmail.com.

After Production Starts: Once your custom item is in production, we cannot cancel or refund the order unless the final product is defective or damaged.
