FIREPOT FASHIONS LLC - SHIPPING POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At FirePot Fashions LLC, we create premium streetwear on demand to ensure the highest quality and reduce waste. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, please allow time for production and shipping.

2. PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIME

Production Time: 2-7 Business Days

Once you place your order, our fulfillment partner (Printful) begins creating your custom item. This includes:

Design printing
Quality control inspection
Careful packaging
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

3. SHIPPING TIME

Domestic U.S. Shipping: 3-8 Business Days (after fulfillment)

Shipping times vary based on your location and the carrier used (USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL).

Total Delivery Time: 5-15 Business Days from order placement to delivery.

4. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

We use trusted carriers to deliver your order:

USPS (United States Postal Service)
FedEx
UPS (United Parcel Service)
DHL
The carrier and shipping method are automatically selected based on your location to ensure the best balance of speed and cost.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

FREE SHIPPING on all domestic U.S. orders
International shipping rates (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout
6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive:

Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
Tracking link to monitor your package in real-time
Delivery updates as your package moves through the carrier network
You can also track your order by logging into your account at roamingfirepot.com.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We cannot modify the shipping address once the order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
We cannot redirect packages once they are in transit
If you need to change your address, contact us immediately at firepotfashions@gmail.com (address changes are only possible if the order has not yet entered production)
8. P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We can ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note:

Delivery times may be longer for military addresses
Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes; alternative carriers will be used
9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is available to select countries. Please note:

Shipping times vary by destination (typically 10-30 business days)
Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
Packages may be delayed by customs processing
We are not responsible for customs delays, fees, or seizures
10. RISK OF LOSS & DELIVERY

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once your package is handed off to USPS, FedEx, UPS, or DHL and tracking shows "in transit," FirePot Fashions LLC is no longer responsible for:

Lost packages
Stolen packages (porch theft)
Damaged packages (after carrier acceptance)
Delivery delays caused by the carrier or weather
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package:

Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation
Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
File a claim with the carrier if the package is confirmed lost or stolen
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for high-value orders.

11. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Lost in Transit: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us at ffirepotfashions@gmail.com within 25 days of the estimated delivery date. We will submit a claim to our fulfillment partner on your behalf.

Delayed Packages: Shipping delays may occur due to:

High order volume (holidays, promotions)
Weather conditions
Carrier delays or disruptions
Customs processing (international orders)
We appreciate your patience during these times. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate.

12. DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

Take photos of the damaged packaging and product
Contact us immediately at firepotfashions@gmail.com within 25 days of receipt
Include your order number and photos
We will submit a claim to our fulfillment partner and work to resolve the issue.

13. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

Incorrect address provided by customer
Refused delivery
Unclaimed package
Multiple failed delivery attempts
We are not responsible for refunds or reshipments. You may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

14. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Before Production: If your order has not yet entered production (within the first few hours of placing your order), you may be able to cancel or modify it. Contact us immediately at firepotfashions@gmail.com.

After Production Begins: Once your order enters production, we cannot cancel, modify, or change the shipping address.

15. BUNDLES & MULTIPLE ITEMS

Orders containing multiple items or bundles may:

Ship from different fulfillment centers
Arrive in separate packages
Have slightly different delivery dates
You will receive tracking information for each package.

16. HOLIDAYS & HIGH-VOLUME PERIODS

During holidays, promotional events, and high-volume periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, etc.), processing and shipping times may be extended. We will communicate any delays via email or website notice.

17. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
War, terrorism, or civil unrest
Carrier disruptions, strikes, or labor disputes
Government actions or restrictions
